Gooyoorroo
Gooyoorroo is an area of my father's traditional country. We used to camp on top of that hill Gooyoorroo during holiday times from Legune Station when my father was going to visit his family. There is a spring and a cave there. We would walk down to Auvergne Station Homestead (green area) past the two springs Moongin and Bullarungin and we would cross the river at Auvergne Junction (saltwater) on a log with a swag tied on. At the bottom of the painting is another part of the Auvergne Junction area we call Biwaniyi. It's a fresh water creek that flows towards the Victoria River and the coast.
